Get Your Carrie On With Paris Hotels

Paris is one city that the rich and famous love – not to mention royalty and us mere mortals too. Because of the astounding architecture, culture and overall style, many a TV show has been filmed there and in some of the most iconic Paris hotels. And because the TV shows filmed there are such style icons in themselves, you can be sure to trust that these locations are the places to see and be seen at.

Who can forget the moment Carrie said yes to the Russian to a move to the city of lights? Whilst Miranda disapproved, we all secretly thought how fabulous it would be to be asked to move to the most stylish of cities by an older lover! For us viewers, it was a chance to see the most sought after places in the city – doing for Paris what the series did for New York. The university La Sorbonne, in the Latin Quarter, was a massive setting. This gorgeous building is a must see when staying in hotels here as it is the city’s most famous. Fittingly, they also visited Musee Baccarat, a private museum of Baccarat crystal – we bet Blair made a shopping list in here! And a momentous scene came in the form of the Fontaine Louvois, where Blair pushed Serena into its depths; be sure not to fall in.

Finally, our favourite docu-soap The Hills whisked its two Teen Vogue interns to Paris to assist at the Crillon Ball. From Charles de Gaulle airport, the girls are whisked around the city by chauffeur to a variety of up market shops before their evening at the ball, held at the famed Hotel Crillon. This impressive hotel is a definite on the must-see list! But the best moment in this episode has to be when Lauren is whisked around the city on a Vespa at night; past iconic landmarks including the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and The Seine.
